The Hinton Area Foundation (HAF) serves the Summers County community to encourage charitable giving to permanent endowed funds in support of the long-term needs of the County. HAF is seeking to hire a part-time (24 hours/week) Executive Assistant, who will assist in the day-to-day administration of the Foundation office, reporting directly to the Executive Director. The ideal candidate must be proficient in bookkeeping skills, QuickBooks Online (Nonprofit), Microsoft Excel and Word. CRM data entry experience is required, with E-Tapestry experience preferred. Needs to present professionally to the public in person, on phone and on Zoom, as well as able to work collaboratively with Staff and volunteers. The ability to provide required financial reports in a timely manner as required by the Executive Director and Board of Directors is a must. A strong sense of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion is required.

The candidate should have a minimum Associate’s Degree or verifiable work experience using the skills listed. Salary Range is $10 to $15/hour (depending on experience and expertise).
